Data Deletion

You can request deletion of the data associated with your AdFlowDesk account, including any data retrieved from connected advertising accounts.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to support@campaingrid.cloud from the email address associated with your account.
  2. Use the subject line "Data deletion request".
  3. Tell us which account or organization the request relates to.

You can also stop AdFlowDesk from accessing a connected advertising account at any time by revoking its authorization: in Facebook, under Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations; in TikTok for Business, by removing AdFlowDesk from the apps authorized to access your ad accounts. Once access is revoked, we no longer retrieve any data from that account.

B-ENDY SOFTWARE LTD will process verified requests and permanently delete the associated data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
