Who we are
AdFlowDesk is a customer-relationship and analytics platform for marketing and media-buying teams, operated by B-ENDY SOFTWARE LTD, a limited liability company incorporated in Cyprus on November 3, 2025 (registration No. HE 482937), registered office: Franklinou Rousvelt 170, Limassol Chamber, 2nd floor, Omonoia, 3048 Limassol, Cyprus. B-ENDY SOFTWARE LTD is the data controller. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Data we collect
We collect account and profile information for users you invite, the configuration of the advertising accounts and trackers you connect, and the advertising performance metrics returned by those connected platforms.
How we use connected ad data
When you connect an advertising account (such as Meta / Facebook Ads or TikTok for Business), we read advertising statistics (such as spend, impressions, clicks and results) and the account, campaign, ad group and ad settings of the ad accounts you explicitly authorize, to display analytics inside your AdFlowDesk workspace. Where you grant management permissions, we change campaigns, ad groups, ads or budgets (for example, pausing a campaign or adjusting a budget) only when a user of your workspace explicitly initiates that action. We do not use this data for advertising targeting and we do not sell it.
Storage and security
Data is stored on our own servers (virtual private servers located in the United Kingdom) and protected with encryption in transit, access controls and regular backups. Uploaded files and media are stored in Backblaze B2 object storage. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service.
Third parties
We rely on a VPS hosting provider (servers), Backblaze (file storage), and on the advertising platforms you connect (such as Meta and TikTok). We do not share your data with other third parties for their own purposes.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time, and you may revoke AdFlowDesk’s access to a connected advertising account at any time. See our Data Deletion page for instructions.
